Grahame Cumpstey
Managing Director
Grahame has over 34 years experience in the waste management and recycling industry; in that time working for two of the world’s largest multinational recycling companies. He has qualifications in all aspects of the industry. Grahame saw an opportunity to start GSFM offering services that the larger companies do not. GSFM continue to resource solutions for all types of waste streams.

Celine O'Callaghan
Financial Director
Celine is our Financial Director, with over 12 years experience in the waste industry and previous Project Management . Celine received her master’s degree in Management in Dublin, Ireland.
Working with GSFM she has achieved awards for ‘Environmental Best Practice for Small Business’ and more recently the ‘BiBA 2019 Award for Green Business of the Year’.

Contract Manager
Zach will be your dedicated Contract Manager, with years of xustomer service experience, he will make GSFM your one stop shop for any of your waste and recycling needs. He will tailor your service to reflect your business requirements, embodying GSFM’s principle aims of solutions, safety, environment and cost, in harmony with our planet’.
